All product descriptions, images, specifications, finishes, materials, colors, and dimensions are provided for informational purposes only and may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances, lighting conditions, screen displays, or material characteristics. We reserve the right to modify products without prior notice.
All orders are subject to review and written acceptance by CabinetHut, LLC. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to errors in pricing, availability, or suspected fraud.
All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD). Pricing does not include applicable federal, state, or local sales tax, shipping, delivery, storage, installation, handling, or other additional fees unless expressly stated in writing.
In the event of a pricing error, CabinetHut, LLC reserves the right to cancel or adjust the order prior to shipment.
Payment terms are as follows unless otherwise agreed to in writing:
Orders will not enter production until the required deposit is received. Products will not ship or be released until the full balance is paid.
Failure to make timely payment may result in production delays, storage fees, or cancellation of the order.
Custom, made-to-order, modified, or special-order cabinetry:
Customers are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all final drawings, layouts, finishes, dimensions, and specifications prior to production. Written approval constitutes final acceptance.
Estimated production and shipping timelines typically range from 4 to 10 weeks depending on product type and availability. All timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
CabinetHut, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, freight carriers, supply chain disruptions, weather events, or other factors beyond our control.
Delivery is curbside unless otherwise agreed in writing. The customer is responsible for ensuring clear and safe access for delivery.
All products must be inspected immediately upon delivery.
Damage claims must include photographs of the packaging, product, and shipping labels.
Failure to follow these procedures may void eligibility for replacement or claim processing.
Stock (non-custom) items may be eligible for return within 14 calendar days of delivery, subject to:

Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after inspection of returned goods.
CabinetHut, LLC does not provide installation services unless expressly agreed to in writing.

Improper installation voids any applicable manufacturer warranty.
CabinetHut, LLC passes through manufacturer warranties where applicable.

If delivery is delayed at the customer’s request beyond 7 calendar days after notification of product readiness, storage fees of $50 per day may apply.
All content on www.cabinethut.com, including text, images, graphics, logos, designs, layouts, and product representations, is the property of CabinetHut, LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CabinetHut, LLC shall not be liable for:

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Rockingham County, New Hampshire.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
CabinetHut, LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on www.cabinethut.com and become effective immediately upon posting.
Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy governs all purchases made through www.cabinethut.com (“Website”). By purchasing products from CabinetHut, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the terms outlined below.
Because many of our products are made-to-order or shipped directly from manufacturers, return eligibility is limited and subject to strict compliance with this policy.
Stock, non-custom, unassembled cabinetry and accessories may be eligible for return if all of the following conditions are met:
Returns requested after 14 calendar days will not be accepted.
The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:
Once production begins on a custom or special-order item, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
All returns require prior written approval.

If approved, a Return Authorization Number (RA#) will be issued. Returns shipped without an RA# will be refused.
Return authorizations are valid for 7 calendar days from issuance.
Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, calculated based on the original purchase price of the returned item.
The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customers are fully responsible for:
All returned products must be shipped prepaid. We do not accept freight collect shipments.
CabinetHut, LLC is not responsible for damage incurred during return transit. Any damage that occurs during return shipment may result in partial or full denial of refund.
Once returned items are received, they will be inspected within 10 business days.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days after inspection.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
If payment was made by check or ACH, refunds will be issued by company check mailed to the billing address on file.
Shipping fees, handling fees, expedited fees, and white-glove delivery fees are non-refundable.
All shipments must be inspected at delivery.
If visible damage is present:
Failure to document visible damage at delivery may void eligibility for replacement or claim.
If concealed damage is discovered after delivery:
Claims submitted after 3 calendar days will not be accepted.
Manufacturer defects must be reported within 30 calendar days of delivery.
CabinetHut, LLC will coordinate with the manufacturer for repair or replacement in accordance with manufacturer warranty terms.
Refunds are not provided for manufacturer defects unless repair or replacement is unavailable.
Stock orders may be canceled within 24 hours of order placement, provided the order has not shipped.
After shipment, the order falls under the standard return policy.
Custom or special orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
If cancellation occurs before production, a 15% administrative cancellation fee will apply.
Deposits on custom orders are non-refundable once production begins.
If a shipment is refused without prior authorization:
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If eligible, items must be returned in accordance with this policy, and a new order must be placed separately.
Customers agree to contact CabinetHut, LLC directly before initiating any credit card chargeback or payment dispute.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
